to learn a new program it is in my opinion very importend to have a written manual!!!

This should be the start for launching any software!

Can we expect a manual in the near future?

thanks

Peter

I agree. For me who is not english speaking it is sometimes difficult to hear all words right  in speech.  Here we have only some videos to see. They are good but i want have more already at beginning. It is not right i try alone find most of funktions. I do not know if it is bugs or i cannot do right. I have had Proshow Produce many years. I must give up little while learning this new one.

Written manual should be very good.

and more learning videos... it is not many days left of trial period....good that we can sub by month ...Mirja

I received the following from Joshua when I pointed out that the FAQ on the web site said there was a manual.

Bob,

That information in the FAQ is inaccurate at the moment.  We had some trouble with our written help documentation and it had to be removed.  Once we get everything cleaned up and back in good working order that documentation will be restored straight away.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  If you have any questions about how the program works or where something might be located, feel free to ask us and we'll get back to you just as soon as we can.
