Photopia Creator closes anytime I try to import an image to create a slide show. This program is a fresh install
Photopia Version: 1.0.488
System info: AMD Phenom II x6 1100T 3.31 Ghz, 8GB ram, Windows 10 Pro
I need to make a slide show for a funeral and i'm desperate to get it running.

I'm not sure if this will help but the latest version of Director (not sure about Creator) is 1.0.506. Have you been updating the software?

I clicked check for update and it says everything is up to date. I downloaded the program yesterday. Is there another way to update the program other than using the update feature which apparently thinks its up to date but is not?

Since I am not a Creator user I don't know what the latest version number is. Check the website. I'm sure it's listed somewhere. All I know is that the version # for Director is much further along than yours.
If you are indeed on the latest Creator version then I don't know how to fix your specific problem. Sorry about that. Hopefully someone on staff will jump in and help you.
