If you change an image or video in the layers panel by drag and drop or by the "select source" dropdown then the label in the layers panel does not change to reflect this new image/video. The content list shows the new image name but not the layers panel.
Minor point but v. v. annoying.

That's a good find. This issue is reproducible on our end but not in ever scenario. We'll look into it further and get things figured out. Thank you.
