I am trying to add audio files from my iTunes library and continue to run into issues. The songs show up but then when I insert it into the slideshow, its 2 seconds long and plays no music. Anyone else have a similar issue. At this time, I am unable to add my own music. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Lisa, have you converted them to mp3 files? You can convert right in iTunes.

To convert an existing track to MP3, find the song in your iTunes library and highlight it. Next, go to File > Convert > Create MP3 version, and iTuneswill duplicate the existing tracks but in the new format.

you should try to download a professional converting tool to change the music's format. I'm using AMusicSoft,  it is totally free to convert audio file, and can easily convert any audio file and with absolutely no losses in quality

Why purchase another program when iTunes gives you all the tools you need to convert right in the program??

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into some trouble with the latest update.  It looks like you've reached out to us by eMail with the exact same message as part of an ongoing troubleshooting conversation.  Please look for a reply to that eMail, where we still have a few unanswered questions about the problems you're running into.  Our goal here is to get these issues reproduced so they can be resolved and we need a bit more information from you to keep that process on track.

Thank you.

Something tells me you are not talking Apples to Apples because you are posting in a thread that is about converting iTunes music to mp3. 🥴
