What is the latest version of ProShow Producer compatible with Windows XP SP3?
Is photopia compatible with Windows XP SP3?

Photopia is not designed to be run on Windows XP. I'm not sure what versions of ProShow might run on that OS.

Do ProShow Style Packs from are compatible with Photopia?

When the Photopia and ProShow applications are installed on the same system, using the "Import from ProShow" option will automatically import all slide styles / transitions currently available to ProShow. Individual effects (PXS / PXT files) can also be imported through the "Manage Effects" window.
Photopia is not able to import slide styles / transitions directly from ProShow StylePack installation (EXE) files. Those effects must first be extracted from the EXE they're in before they become available to Photopia.
