Add multiple files to template shows

Proselect let you save a show as a template, with say 30 slides, and then let you select 30 images, and add them all to placeholders.  In Photopia Director, I can drag individual images to templates, and they will fill the placeholders.  But if I select multiple images to add to multiple slides, it will add all the images to all the slides.  If I add multiple images to the show, it creates new slides for each and doesn't use the template.  

Please help.
