Audio sync for video clip

When I publish a video to USB the audio in one of the video clips isn't synced with the lips.  The audio is about a second faster than the lips.  It's just one video though. The other ones transferred fine. I tried to speed up the video, but then the audio of the video disappears.  The lips in the actual video is right on.  It's just when it's transferred that it's off. What do you suggest?
