Keyframe Editor Improvement
It is possible to show the Fly in / Fly out in the keyframe editor in Photopia. They are collapsed by default, but if you click the arrow all the way on the left of the photo they will show up and you'll be able to adjust the duration visually. See screen shot below.
In addition to that, I would like to see the Keyframe Editor as a seperate entity. i.e. a pop up editor as in Proshow. So that a single slide can be worked on and played back at will.
It is long winded and a bit (a lot) of a pain when working on slides timings and to not be able to just click playback for that single slide without having to mess about.
I'll make sure this request is logged. In the meantime, you may find that increasing the height of the slides pane in *Keyframes* mode helps, especially while the program is (at least vertically) maximized.
The problem there is increasing the slide/keyframe panel size reduces the preview window.
My issue really is that if you are working on a slide in the keyframe panel, you can scrub through to see the effects but you cannot do it in "real time" just for that slide. If you hit play in the preview panel the whole show plays rather than just the slide being worked on.
The other thing I just noticed on that playback. If you have the keyframes panel open, working on say slide 7. If you hit the play in the preview pane then she show plays from the start but only for the duration of the slide being worked on in the keyframe panel??
If you use the next/previous slide button or the "jump to slide" button then it does change the slide in preview window and the slide you are working on in the keyframe panel. Great for when you scrub through but again hitting play on the preview takes it back to the start of the show.
There does not seem to be a way to see a real time playback just of the slide you are working on.
Hello AndyW,
I have the same Problem . I reported to Photopia.
No matter which slide I edit in Keyframe, it always shows the first slide in the preview.
Best regards Dieter
I think we may have read this issue incorrectly at first. What you're describing here appears to be a straightforward bug with preview playback, while in the Keyframes view. We'll get this sent off to QA so they can do their thing and get developers involved.
Thank you for making sure this issue was reported. We'll get it fixed up.
