I want to have 3 separate text lines in a single slide so that I can assign different attributes to different layers. How do I copy the color and font style to 2nd and 3rd layers without having to do it manually?
Is there any way on a slide show to set a single font to an entire show?

We do have a 'copy settings' window that may facilitate what you're trying to accomplish.  Right-click on the Font Size option and choose Copy Font Size to Other Layers.  This will bring up the Copy Layer Settings window, from which you can copy a variety of layer / caption attributes to other layers.  While it is not possible to directly set a specific Font for the entire show, you can copy the font attribute from one layer to all other caption layers in the show through that 'copy settings' window.
