Sync Slides

I accidentally stumbled across "sync to slides to the soundtrack" in the "TOOLS" in the toolbar between "EFFECTS" and "PUBLISH". Hope this helps.

Sync has been made more difficult that it was in ProShow.  In Producer, you could cut an audio track, allowing you to shift the track to make adjustment with slides.  While Director allows you to change the timing of slides to sync with the audio, what if you don't want to change the slide timing?   I posted this to the 'missing features"

Thanks for your reply - as with Charles' reply I also eventually came across the sync option in the 'Tools' menu.
