I sent two mails to you in January, one on the 9th and one on the 13th. Both regarding issues and both containing a lot of information and screen shots.
I got responses back from you for both on the 24th. I quote first line of one of these "I apologize for the long delay in getting back to you this message. "

I have deleted all traces of Photopia Director and Creator from my systems now so I won't be bothering you anymore.

You'll can go through "Help" > "Enter Registration" to put in your product registration details. That registration information should have been sent out by eMail following your order. If you haven't received it, log into our website then go to "My Account" > "Subscriptions" > "View" > "Manage License" to find that key.
