Now 3 days+ to get a post "approved" on here and they don't bother answering e-mails giving information about issues with their programme.

Are Photopia actually interested in hearing about issues and getting their programme working properly or is it only if you have subscribed to their software that makes them actually take notice???

I agree!
I can understand the need for the "moderation" while they were trying to stop the spam that was beginning to come in.
But that was weeks ago. Sometimes I see a user ask for advice. I know the answer that would help. I post my answer. Then it just lies there for anything up to 3 or 4 days. During that time, the user is wondering why nobody is answering with advice.
Makes me feel like not bothering to try and help users.

I posted an issue in the troubleshooting section. 6 days ago and it is still still awaiting moderation!!!!

It is helpful to post on here as well as contact photopia support with problems, as then if others are having the same issues then they can say how they

got around it or whatever.

It is however a waste of time if you have to wait days for responses.

Neither is it necessary to have to wait so long on a pretty quiet forum like this.

Approving forum posts, through the recently enabled moderation system, has presented some logistical issues that we're working to resolve.  There has indeed been a fairly significant amount of spam hitting the forum which continues to require this additional check on posts from unsubscribed members.  Our processes for streamlining those approvals were not sufficient and we're working to minimize those delays going forward. 

We apologize for any undue frustration and expect things to improve very quickly.
