Has anyone successfully published a slideshow to Blu-Ray? I was able to publish to DVD, but never to Blu-Ray.  Is there something different that needs to be done other than highlighting Blu-Ray?

I have successfully published to Blu-Ray and once I remembered to select no menu all went smooth.

What problems are you having?

I just wanted to reach out and let you know what we sent a reply by eMail to your recent support ticket on this issue.  Since we haven't yet received a reply, it seemed prudent to let you know that message was sent, in case it got trapped by a spam filter or something of that nature along the way.

@Joshua

Off topic but....  Did you ever reply to my email from 3/17? Also it would be nice if email contacts generated a case number.

Bob

P.S.   I'm writing this here because there is no way to send a PM with this forum, something else that would be nice. 😀

Bob,

My problem is now solved, but the problem was the Blu-Ray disc appeared on my player as Data.  When I clicked on Data I had a choice of either BDMV or Certificate, neither of which meant anything to me.  Clicking Certificate produced nothing. When I clicked on BDMV I had eight choices starting with AUXDATA and ending with STREAMING.  The first seven options produced nothing, but the eighth choice, STREAMING, started my slideshow.  This seemed pretty complicated to me, but it finally worked so I am happy about that.

Hi, sounds like you are trying to watch on a pc rather than a BD-Player. Google Leawo Blu-ray Player, they have a free version and a paid version.

Yes, we did reply to that eMail and I've resent the message as well.  Please let us know if it fails to arrive.

I was trying to play the slideshow on a Sony Blu-ray player connected to the TV. As I said, I can now play it on the TV, but it seemed like a very convoluted way to get it to play.

That’s weird, all the ones I have done started automatically in any BD Player I try them in. The 2 folders you described are the normal folders for Blu-Ray.
