I am so sorry about the situation with your computer!

So I have installed the creator and director!

The creater as a subscribed version and the director as a test-version on two computers.

Maybe you tray the same!

I find many bugs every day but I will stay with the creator. I like the program and I am sure the will fix the bugs.

I hope they will stay in business. The cost for the director are extremely high. So i am not for sure they will find enough costumer.

I hope your headache will pass soon and look forward to hearing from you!

Sorry you are not feeling well, get plenty of rest so you can tackle your desktop problems. I had no problems loading or updating both Director and Creator on my desktop. (Other than the problems with the programs others have mentioned. )

To reach Joshua, go to Menu, then Support. Then choose Contact Us and write there. They then communicate with you by email and ask for NFO information and they help.

Yes for one year.  We must pay vat ,too, who lives in Sweden. So this expensiv program for us. Adobe i pay by month.

I had dificult  to make up my mind which to take Creator or Director.

I  buy a lot syles from Jennifer and Anita. I wanted  to start create som effects. I have a lot of material. If I do not create good so I continue with Creator next year. 

I think it was you who wrote that before you take over styles from Proshow ,so you will se what this program has inside. It was very wise.

I did the same yesterday and i found really good  styles. Slices I like very much.

I belive this will be wonderful program  with time.      Mirja

That is why I am more inclined towards a year's subscription with 15% discount. This is what I will most probably do.

This is what I did also, remember you can pause your subscription. I plan on pausing near the end of this month and wait for updates to provide a more stable program.

Mirja, 😀 Yes it was me. I did say that. I did not import any styles until I explored the styles and effects in Creator. 

Also like you, I have been buying from Jennifer and Anita and once from Mona.   Producer has been an entertainment and a primary hobby for me. Every month, I would put a budget and see what I think I could use. Then I would buy it. Bit by bit and carefully chosen.

Like a stamp collector, but this time its styles.   😀 

I do not create styles. Cannot. No talent for this (yet). Maybe later. I have hopes. 😊 

I have not downloaded the trial version of Director and will not do that. I will keep that for a much later date and only when I feel I need to make my own styles. This will never be soon.

Mirja, i feel your annoyance right now. You are not able to install the program on PC. I would be horribly frustrated too. I hope you could get this fixed soon.

You are right. They say you can pause it but only once every month. I do not like that when it is paused, one cannot get access to it and to my shows. I do not think I will do any 'pausing' unless the program proves to be very frustrating. 

So what to do then? Go back to Producer in the meantime, I guess.

Director is very expensiv, most expensiv program i have. And we  have vat, too,  here in Sweden. I think Corel,s Painter is almost at same price., but it is not sub. With Adobe I get a lot of programs. Professionella who are commerciell will buy Director.and  hobbiests, who want develop.Make their own effects. I can do some of them on AE with plugin..

Tiemviewer should be good, if you have time. I have not open Desktop today.We could do it some other day, if you want, so you can see how the program is. So i am not alone. I never will be beta tester.I can too little and i have not time. No, this is not beta. but i wish today i had believed andy and others.

I was thinking just now that sometimes when there is some good as sport on tv so fiber is not enough for everyone.

(We pay tv licence even on computers)

I was working middle of night , so it cannot be that. This laptop goes also same fiber and i saw tv afterwards and i have many walls to main computer.

Computers are computers what works here not works next computer. Many has other problems.

I will open later Desktop and see and study how it behaves, if i find some other problems  and take down Luminar 4.See if it works.
