So I import a show created in Proshow Producer and Photopia Creator adds a border and drop shadow to each image.
I do have a border and drop shadow on all my text, but why is the program adding that to every photo?
I don't have text on every slide, but the addition of a border and drop shadow happens to every image.

Yesterday I used the help contact form to try and figure out this problem including sending a copy of the selected show.
I have received no confirmation that my information was received or that anybody is taking a look at the problem.
I would assume there would be at least an automated response to the email address I included.
Looks like I assumed wrong.
