Import from Photodex ProShow Gold

Hi, I am a new user of Photopia! I have imported a show from ProShow Gold, which all seemed to go fine, however when playing the show back, some of the slide styles are 'jerky' or 'choppy' rather than 'smooth', in particular pan left or right or deck spread.  I've already spent hours creating this show so don't really want to have to change anything, I'd just like to create the DVD.  Any ideas why this would be happening?

I just imported my Pro Show Gold v.7 into Photopia today. I noticed right away the choppiness every fade in and out. Wish I could fix but don't want to start over.

Hello Joshua ...,  I am in no way trying to tell you how to deal with reply's, however I would be remiss in not telling you about an observation that I see over and over.  When someone has an issue, you advise them to use the "contact us" doorway to get in touch with you. The problem is simply that we never see the end result of the conversation.  In the political arena, one complaint can equal to 1000 others who have the same issue. To simply say "contact us" with no posting of a solution that has transpired,  is quite detrimental to the other 999 who are waiting for an answer.  My 2 cents worth I guess but it is something to ponder. Everyone here knows that you folks have taken code that started from scratch and are working endlessly to get it right. You really had big shoes to fill from Photodex and you have gone beyond those big shoes.  Congrats to you all for the endless efforts made so far.  DON'T QUIT NOW !!  It will happen. We are all aware that personnel is limited not to mention what COVID-19 has dumped on you and everyone else. We are all behind you in this venture BUT, you need to be as transparent in all of this as much as possible !!!  If a question is asked of you, please let us all know the end result.

While we understand the desire to have publicly posted questions answered on the forum, we do prefer to have customers reach out through the Contact Us form for issues which may require a more involved conversation.  Once we get into the troubleshooting process a variety of personal information can become necessary and we've found it prudent to initiate private communication for these situations to avoid those details accidentally becoming public.  For the same reason, we typically avoid returning to these forum threads to announce whatever solution was reached, which could include information the customer prefers not to share.  If someone wants to share the solution we were able to find, that's certainly their choice, but our policy is to err on the side of customer privacy.

Maybe the solution would be for the originator to post an update/solution to the issue.

Just to say that I fully agree with what Photomill tried to make clear here.

I feel extremely uncomfortable with the way Photopia is running this forum and treating it's customers. 

I wonder what "personal information" besides user's system specs, could be needed to come up with a solution for any issues posted.
