We've been able to reproduce a couple of these issues, namely the one relating to the rotation center point of a layer AND the one relating to the transition duration for a pasted slide.  Please reach out through our Contact Us form to report further issues, where we can more easily work with you to figure out what is going on.  This is a particularly useful approach where more complex / nuanced issues are concerned.
