Hi Joshua, I sent the following email a couple of days ago but have not heard back, so maybe you will see it here.
"Hi Joshua, I am working through the problems and since unsuspending my subscription I have noticed many improvements.
Two problem I still run into are, #1 switching back to the browser from the preview window many times the browser is blank. It is hit and miss and I can’t say what I do to get it back, it is never the same thing. #2 is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the blue box that appears when dropping an image? I try to drop an image and the box is complete and then when I release the mouse button the box has changed to one top or bottom. This makes dropping images a slow process to make sure they drop in the right location.
Another problem I just remembered is the Data folder does not fill in with the images right away. See attached, there should be 66 images there. They finally were populated.

Hi Bob,
I have the same problem with the blank browser. I find that whilst still in the browser click on either the colours or gradient tabs then back to computer and the files always open up.

Thanks Diane, I have found that to be hit and miss. Sometimes that works and other times does not.

This particular problem has been a bit vexing as it tend to be somewhat intermittent. Having said that, I believe our developers have taken another pass at it, so look for a possible solution in the next update.

Why does Creator tag used files differently? See attached..

The difference between those 'used in show' tags is not intentional. I believe there is an intermittent issue that causes the green underlay to not be drawn in some cases, which is a problem we intend to correct.
