I'm really trying hard to like this, but this show has taken me hours more to create than in ProShow. Freezes, shuts down, now I can't even get my show to Publish---ERRR--Hey I do this for a living, not doing so well right now????

The contact form doesn't even load, I get an error message.
How do I unsubscribe to this software?

Please try that page in another web browser. It appears to be working on this end and we've had no other reports of that page failing to load. If you can get the page to load in another browser, please let us know which browser was having trouble so that we can have someone look into that detail on our end.

I have tried publishing my show about 20 times in various different ways including a video file, an ISO file, and to YouTube. The software keeps crashing about halfway through. I am a long time ProShow Gold user and never had any problems before. I am so upset. I worked on this show for graduating students for countless hours and now I can't even share it with them. There is something wrong with this software. I have also sent an email requesting help. Can someone please contact me and help?
