Sorry but that sounds a bit like people are treating people here in Germany when they are new.

First they say the rules, then they tell what to do and what they are not allowed to do,

rather than saying:
Welcome, how can I help you!

I do not want to be a troll I only want to be on the POSITIVE Side!

You're right again. We cannot create rules here. But we have ethics.
Internet life has rules and ethics..

There is no a moderator who can remove things that do not belong here. 
And the company should fix it now.Or perhaps we have some here, 
who want to be it..
We need you, Douglas, to learn more about the Creator,if you have time.

If I have hurt you then I apologize.It wrong that we do not have an administrator. When I started many years ago, I often wrote under the wrong heading and there was a friendly moderator who wrote to me and told me that he is moving the right place. There is no rules here. I don't even know why you're leaving us. We need you like everyone else. Your words reinforce our need for rules and especially moderators. We must be free to do wrong, write wrong, misunderstand without anyone coming and hurting us. Friendliness! Ethics.! Must be a key word.
