Is it possible after publishing to USB for the show to start as soon as you plug it in. I does that on the original computer I create it on but not on a different computer or Smart TV.

So I'm guessing it's not possible or it takes longer than a week to respond?

I'm not aware of any reliable method for getting a video file from a USB flash drive to automatically play when the USB drive it's on is inserted into a TV (or computer). The 'auto-play' decision is made by the TV / computer and is something that generally can't be dictated by the video file, or any other supporting file(s).

If you are playing the USB on a Windows system, you will need to set up auto play within devices. I'm sure Mac's have that same option.
As far as Smart TV's go, the TV's I'm familiar with all work off of a player/menu system. The plus in that is being able to have multiple files arranged sequentially on the USB drive so that you can play sections. These same players do not accept chapters, so this process is a work around for chapters.
