Hi - desperately trying to get a slideshow published for an event I am attending this evening. I purchased a monthly subscription to Photpia Creator, but when I enter my email and registration code in the software, I get a 'The information you entered is invalid' response.
Have tried re-installing Creator, but the same message persists. Am I missing something? Reached out for support but haven't heard back and am running out of time....

I purchased Creator in 12/2022 and I took kept it on 1 desktop and laptop. When I purchased another desktop and removed it and activated it but it is showing that I need to activate it and both registration keys are active so I don't know why it won't allow me to use one desktop. I previously wrote you all about another probem in trouble report and it's been over 5 days and I haven't got a reponse, I sent a copy of my file I was working on. For whatever reason, I don't see any response from this team.
