Protest to Joshua - no help and answers to customers' problems

Hello Joshua,
It's been a few weeks since I need help for problems. I've also tried our forum. I haven't received an answer until today. Some users in the forum also urgently need help. You don't answer. Don't you care about the customers? It's just not possible for customers to need help and not get it. These cases are piling up.
