Creator problems !!

I've changed over from Proshow Producer to Photopia Creator.   I had become fairly proficient at Producer which I'd been working at for over ten years.  I find Photopia has some problems to fix.   At this point I am so frustrated with the program I am giving it a break.  I just don't have the time or the energy to try to work on the issues that still need attention.  For example .. I removed a video file and the sound stayed and I can't silence it or delete it.  It has now attached to some images.   I removed the images but the sound file stayed and is now locked onto my show.   Editing images within the program is difficult at times.  It sometimes won't work or the slider freezes or jumps ahead.  Changing slide times sometimes works in the same way as Producer but when it won't work .. the only way seems to be cut and paste.  I've also had the Program totally freeze on me about three times and I've had to shut it down.  On the show I am working on currently all the image files were saved but not the audio file.   I don't understand why they released this without a manual to refer to.  Tutorials are helpful but they don't cover everything.
