After I imported my shows into Creator, when I ran some of them the music that was in the show sounds like the chipmunks. It's not on all shows but just some and it is not the music from the Proshow software. It's all music that I had on my computer. When I preview the music through Creator it sounds fine, the timing is correct but in playback with Creator it's not shortened, just sounds like the chipmunks.
Did you took music from Proshow.? Please, I do not want to be besserwisser but never use Proshows music on other programs. .Even if i have had right to take it so always same problem, somebody tell me it is their music. So many complains I have done , i win because Proshow has licences to their music.but it is not fun to wait the answer.
Youtube has free music.Songclouds is the name, i think.
@mirja
It wasn't Proshow music. It was music I had on my computer, all 1950's and 1960's music. None of the particular shows were ever uploaded to any sites. When previewing the music in the new Creator program the music sounds fine but when I actually play the whole show that's when the music sounds like the chipmunks. I can't figure it out unless it's because I haven't actually subscribed to the program and am still evaluating it.
Sorry i missunderstood. Very good you tell it to me. It is my english what is not the best. You wrote the music did not come from Proshow. How could i read so wrong? Lost my brain today with training? Wonder why the music becomes worse. I am thinking if that has happened to me. Without music there is no slideshow for me.. This problem must the company solve. The program is useless for you . Very sorry i missunderstood you or read so wrong as i could . - i did not want to hurt you or say something bad of you. I had fight about a flag which i had bought .One company said they have track on it. so they own it. .Music means fight to me even if i always have a licence.. Make it good to you so tomorrow i try with different music on Phototopia.. I make long slideshows. May see how it goes.
I have a video that that has sound cant get it to mute and track to go to full volume .. I set volume at 0 still here it on play back...

Please get in touch with us through our Contact Us page, where we will be able to troubleshoot these audio issues more effectively. We may need sample content to be sent over for further testing and things of that nature, which is much easier to do through eMail. Thank you.
I have no sounds when I bring in some (not all) WAV files directly into Creator or when I import a Proshow show that has the same music track. The music plays on every conceivable device and in Proshow but when imported from proshow or when dragged and dropped into Creator, there is nothing. When dragged and dropped it shows title and 0 min/0 sec. This is my music recorded live by me through a sound board so it isn't canned music or illegal tracks and will load in Proshow with no issues with it.
@pepper - Please get in touch with us through our Contact Us page so that we can look into this issue further. I expect that we'll need to get some of those WAV files sent over so that we get them tested on our end. Thank you.
Addendum to my earlier post regarding no sound with some of my WAV files. This may be my mistake, but it is still a problem. I forgot that the file I was trying to import was part of a larger music set that I extracted using Adobe Audition. I am not sure if there is a problem with the fact that the original was run through Audition first, but it does work in Proshow and to just play. Maybe there is a different way to export from Audition that is compatible with Creator.
