Help please!! My Dads funeral in the morning and I can't get rid of the strip through the slideshow that says "Made as an evaluation of photopia". I thought it was because I hadn't paid, so I have now paid for a subscription and republished the slideshow onto usb and it's still there 🙁 !!!!

Hi, I had the same problem and reported it to Photopia. They since fixed the issue. If you update your program, the strip will disappear.

I paid for a subscription, entered the keycode and it worked fine, but every time I shut the program down I have to re-enter the keycode every time I re-open the program. I've made 3 videos in Photopia before (2 of them just 2 months ago) and I've never had this happen before. How do I get this project to remain active permanently?

I have activated my account but the evaluation strip does not go away! Also the audio says "preview" throughout. How do I correct this? I tried to update the program but there is no update available.
