I just purchased this software and it crashes before I can even get started! My Windows 10 system is up to date and robust enough to run Lightroom and Photoshop happily. As best I can tell before it crashes, the interface on Photopia is also, well, dumbed down. I am a long term user of Proshow Producer and have never had any problems - in spite of going out of business 🙁 it is still working fine. I have asked for a refund. So disappointed!

I hear you loud and clear. Just purchase Photopia Creator For MacBook Pro 2021. Unable to even download a picture. Absolutely no customer support despite numerous attempts to reach them. Any ideas what’s next?
