Hi, newbie to Photopia and wondering if someone can tell me how many seconds should be visible on the timeline view? Mine only shows 6 seconds however in some of the tutorials I have watched the view has more. I have tried the different modes, basic, compact etc & nothing changes. Its almost like the timeline needs to scroll across the screen. I have emailed Photopia and not had a reply. Thanks in advance....

If you are in the timeline view your mouse wheel will expand or contract the time.

Check out Jennifer's tutorial on the audio timeline where she mentions this.

This should be simple, but how do I access the timeline view? I'm in Creator, just moved over from ProShow.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the quick reply, but I still don't see Slides - Timeline - Keyframe. I see in the right panel Preview, Slide Style, Transition, Content, Audio, Show, and Project buttons over the Preview screen.  On the left screen I have thumbnails of several imported images and above that I have Delete, Select, Rotate, and Captions. Above that are buttons for Home, Save, Add Photo/Video, Add Title, Add Audio, Remix and then a couple of green buttons, Publish and Customize. Since this is what showed up when I opened Creator, I assumed this is the default view. Feeling completely baffled.

You are most likely in Basic Edit Mode, you need to switch to Advanced Edit Mode.  At the top of the screen click on the UI Layout and choose Advanced.

Nope, I don't see anything like UI Layout. I'd send you a screenshot of what I see but please tell me how to insert it. Drag and drop or even copy and paste is not working for me. Is there an email address I can attach it to?

Okay, this is what I see--there's no UI Layout button. How do I access the advanced mode now.

Oh, I see you used the Wizard....  Just click on the Customize button top right.

Damn Wizard. And I thought it was so smart. Back to school, I guess. And thanks for the help.
