I subscribe to all Adobe programs and there my authorized support company can't help me if he thinks the error lies with Adobe.Adobe owns the programs and according to him and one more company here Adobe are responsible for fixing the errors. Adobe have done it for me. Been 3 times in my computer. The question for you is not relevant today when I do not subscribe. But how will we do it in the future? Are you responsible for your program -Photopia as Adobe. You own it the same way.
