Thanks Bob,
very good idea!
Thank you!
I see a lot of interest here in our new Photopia products, which is great. Some of that interest is very positive and some... not so much. Rest assured that we welcome all feedback. The praise helps us know that we're on the right track and the criticism reminds us that we have a lot of work left to do.
As suggested earlier in this thread, we've been very busy fixing things recently and haven't chimed in much on the forum. You can be sure that we're taking it all in, looking through bug reports as they come in and escalating issues that need more attention. We've released two product updates already, addressing many of the initial bug reports, and have even more updates in the pipeline.
For those of you who are frustrated with where Photopia is at right now, we hear you. Keep sending in bug reports and letting us know what you'd like to see changed. We're making good progress every day but more bug reports means more fixes, so keep letting us know where we can improve.
Should you run into a particularly troublesome issue going forward, please consider sending that information over through our Contact Us page, where we can more easily work with you to troubleshoot the problem. We're not making software for ourselves, we're making it for all of you, so please speak up and let us know what you need.
Thank you, all of you, for your time and interest in what we're doing here at Photopia.
