I would like the full screen version of a slideshow to play on my secondary monitor while the main work program stays on my first (laptop) monitor.  Is that possible?

Yes it is possible. I run two monitors as well. In the mail viewing screen where the play, stop, rewind and forward buttons are, the second last button on the bottom right is a square with for arrows. Push that button and all playback will be in full screen on your second monitor.

That's the odd thing.  I've done that and it only makes it full screen on whichever monitor the program is on.

If I move the program to the secondary monitor then it goes full screen there.  If I leave it on the main(laptop) monitor then it goes full screen on that. I thought I must be doing something wrong.

Hmmm- I am running Photopia on my PC with two monitors and it works fine on the second monitor.

What you have indicated may work for a laptop but it doesn't work for a workstation with two monitors

@aslangeorge

On the top tabs choose Edit/Preferences/Playback and choose the monitor you want.
