Error creating output

I just started using Photopia Director. I imported a project from ProShow Gold. What a great surprise that everything went smoothly. All my audio was still there, too. However, when I tried to transfer the show to a blu ray disc, I received an error message: Error creating output. I then selected project report and was impressed that it allowed me to forward my entire program. WOW! I also went on their website and forwarded a message to them giving them a head's up about my project report. Does anyone know how long it will take for them to get back to me? I'll keep you posted.
