I was working on the final stages of a show and cannot get the project to load. I sent a ticket to support through the contact us page on the website. In most instances when you contact support, you receive and auto-reply that they received your ticket and will respond as soon as possible. I have received nothing at all. I am concerned they did not receive my ticket. Can anyone share with me their experience? I know it is a holiday weekend but I do not want to wait 4 days to find out they never received anything at all. Thanks for your help.

Hi Kerry, I have never received a confirmation from them, the response time varies greatly. Sorry...
