Hello,

I'm new to Photopia - although I have some experience with Proshow.

My question is:  Can I have 2 sound tracks playing at the same time?  The first one would be an audio narration of the show - and the second sound track would be some background music set at a lower volume.

Is this possible to do in Photopia Director?

Thanks.

Michael

Michael -

I do not think you can run two soundtracks simultaneously in Director. But, you can attach a "Slide Sound" to a slide (such as near the beginning of your show) and then choose "Slide sound continues after end of slide" option for that slide sound (or something similar to this). This slide sound can be as long as you like!

BUT, I've found that I prefer to break my narration into (many) parts (instead of as one continuous slide sound), each specific to different subjects in my show, which I can then attach to their appropriate slides. Yes, I know it's more effort to do so, but this way also provides much greater flexibility in timing your narration to the various slides in your show.

Thank you Dean.  I'll give it a try.
