First off, I have used the support function provided. I have gotten NO Reply. I think 4 days is enough time to get at least some reply.

The Photopia program seems to running fine, except for a problem I seem to be having with videos in the show.
My slide show is 4K. I used a couple 4K videos for the show. ( the videos were recorded in 4K, and are 4K )
The problem is, that don't appear as sharp as they did when used in Proshow Producer.
I've created two videos from the same files.
The first video was created in Proshow Producer and then exported in 4K. 3840 x 2160.

The 2nd, 4th, and 6 slides are 4k video files.

I then exported the exact same slide show, with the same slides and video to Photopia and made a 4k video from those slides. ( I did change the time on the non video slides so that youtube didn't think I was uploading the same file. Here is the video.

The video files in the photopia exported show are clearly not as sharp as those in the Proshow Producer video.
Is there a setting I'm missing? There is no sharpening done in the Proshow producer show.
I tried cranking up the sharping setting in the Photopia show, but files were still softer than the Producer files.

Has anybody added 4K video to their shows?

This was a good find.  There was an internal problem that could lead to 4K video output which wasn't as clear as it should have been.  We've addressed that detail internally, so you should see it resolved with the next public release.  If the issue persists, let us know and we'll take another look.

Is this issue already resolved? We were also having the same issue last week while shooting a project for our heating, ventilation and air conditioning services in Logan Utah clients.

@hvaclogan435

I believe the quality issue affecting 4K video layers within 4K video output should be resolved with the next update, which will be released soon.

The problem seems to be resolved with the latest update which is available now.
The top half of the image is screen capture from old version with problem, the

lower half is from the same file created with update today.
