Could someone tell me where the download for paying subscribers is located. The only download button I see at top of page when I click is for free trial. Also when I did go ahead and click, I got a warning that file was dangerous to download from my virus detector McAfee. I've already paid, don't need the trial version and also hesitated to download the trial version due to the warning. Can someone please help me so I can get started? Thanks so much

Hi Faye,
With the new update released today there is an addition to the Help tab which may help you, the problem is there are 2 different Help tabs. When you first open the program and are at "Your Projects" screen, that Help tab will not help you. You will need to open a project or start a new project, now the Help tab has different choices, you need to choose "Enter Registration" and enter your email & registration key.

You seem most knowledgeable - I have paid for a subscription and it still says evaluation copy all over my show. I was in the actual show and went to help drop down and re-entered reg key. It accepted it and it still says evaluation copy. I have reached out twice to support (no phone number - just on-line) and no response. Perhaps you might have an answer as I see you are pretty familiar with program.

Hi Summer, I have never had a problem with registering the program and you should use the "Contact Us" tab under Support above. You can also check the status of your subscription by going to "My Account" at the top of this page and click on Subscription and you should see your Status. What do you see on the splash screen when you first start the program? You should see "Registered to" and your name.
