Program freezing

Yes i am ok.Thanks !I was disapoited when the program has been very good and an other computer unstabel and " wild ".

Many has same problems . i feel sorry for them ,too.

This will be ok with time.

Hi Joshua,

Yes the program freezes a lot.  Yesterday I decided to publish my slide show into a video file.  Only 50 pictures.  It took two hours.  That's quite a long time just for a 9 minute slide show.  Again once Photobia freezes, any other application that's open on my desk top, including chrome will freeze and i have to force close everything with task manager.  This only been happening since I installed Photobia.  

I'm not giving up because I do see the potential of the application once stabilized.  I also see you guys are working diligently to improve or fix the bugs.  But at the present, it is very unstable.   

If you use the wizard, very little tweaking should be required, however that's not the case with Photobia wizard.  After developing your show with the wizard, you will still find yourself doing more tweaking than necessary.  Some things that should be very basic to do in any slide show software, is more challenging in Photobia.

Keep working on improvement.

Hi Karen, I hate to say this but you are better off contacting support directly. It will take at least 24 hours but they will respond. Click on "Support" at the top of the page and then "Contact Us". Hope this helps.
