Hello to all - new convert from Proshow here! I have installed the trial of Creator and imported the Proshow themes etc. (I have to say that there don't appear to be many that are unique to Creator). 2 problems that I'm having; If I try to change the style to a different style, Creator then strips the photo used out of the preview, so not a very good idea of what it's going to look like! Applying then applies the style with no photo in it. Also, if I choose to run the wizard on some selected styles, things get very patchy. I select the slides to use and then choose a different theme with the wizard and follow that through, but it either does nothing, or again strips my photos out, or rearranges the order - even though I've made sure that that particular box is UNticked.

Hoping this is just newbie stuff, but I'm not impressed with this software so far!

Running Win 10 latest build.

So, a reboot solved the problems with the photo being stripped out. Using the wizard on a selection of photos is still a problem - although the original photos don't get stripped out now, the order still changes. I notice that on the r/click context menu it does say "remix" show? At the moment I can't see any reason to move from Proshow. Apart from a few themes aimed at the wedding market there's very little here that can't be done in Proshow. Yes, there are key frames, but that's an easy workaround in Proshow. We'll see. I'll keep playing with it.

While it's good to see that images aren't being stripped out anymore, the Wizard shouldn't be changing the order of those images (given the "Order" option is unchecked). Please reach out through the Contact Us form on our website so we can work with you to figure out what is happening.
