 🙄 I have been trying to download Creator and am not succeeding. Just when I think all is going swimmingly (after a LONG period of waiting) I am prompted to agree/or disagree to terms and then Poof - 'Error Msg 2303 Index is out or range. Installer will now close'... Frustrating to say the least. Please..any suggestions? I have a full year subscription and am unable to download the software. This should be so simple. Â

Sandra, have you tried to contact them through the support contact form? No one from the company seems to look at this forum anymore.
