DVD Menu

Help!  I finished my first show in Photopia (after overcoming many, many problems!), however, when I burn the DVD for the show, I am running into another problem.  I want the DVD menu screen to have a title and a photo.  So... I added the title in the "Menu Title" box & I added the thumbnail photo that I want shown, in the "Set Menu Thumbnail" box.  I then formatted that photo (size and location on screen) in the Thumbnail menu.  I made sure NOT to check the box that says "Use video, loop after 5 sec" because I wanted to show a picture, not the beginning of the video (on a loop).  However, each time I have published the iso file: on the DVD menu screen, in the box where the photo should be, is the first 5 seconds of the montage, on a loop!  Help! I cannot give my client this DVD -  I need to be able to put a photo on the menu screen.
