I just downloaded Photopia today and right off the bat, I am having problems creating new shows and opening old ProShow shows. The program keeps crashing with no indication what the error is. I was having the same issue with ProShow Producer after I upgraded the program early last year. This is really frustrating and disappointing, mostly because there is no phone support for troubleshooting just like ProShow.
Please consider adding phone support, especially if you are starting up a new program. Communicating through a contact form is frustrating, mostly because response time is limited. I have sent two messages through the contact form and I am still waiting for a response.

I am having crashing as well . I want this to work SO DARN BADLY !!!!!
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!

Director is not opening on my mac I have tried uninstalling the software and re-installing and now instead of crash it never opens can someone please assist
