Photopia Creator Tutorials

A comment on tutorials.  I went to tutorials via Help, and when I select a tutorial I get a large empty window, which doesn't even fit on my screen (1680 x 1050) and barely visible in the lower right hand corner is part of a button, which I barely noticed.  However, clicking on this partial button takes me to a Browser YouTube video of the tutorial.

So what is the initial empty window supposed to accomplish?

This is NOT acceptable for a Help option.

This sounds like the playback window for the selected tutorial video.  That window can remain blank for a little while as Photopia downloads the tutorial.  Next time you try to access this feature, give the program a few minutes, just to see if the tutorial shows up.  If it does not, get in touch with use through our Contact Us form and we'll continue troubleshooting from there.

The same thing happens to me as to George but I just click on through to the tutorial. Seems to work okay. I do have a bit of trouble seeing the button also.

It may have something to do with your Internet speed, mine come up right away and shows me all the videos.

Thanks, Bob - is there anything available that has more detail on the audio editing portion of Photopia?  Unless I'm missing something, tutorials and user manuals on Photopia seem to be on the "very light" side.  Hopefully, I'm just missing something.  Thanks!

I also have some paid tutorials, for both Director and Creator.  Both of those series have a video tutorial on Audio.  You don't have to purchase the whole series, you can just purchase the Audio Tutorial, if you'd like (It's the 11th tutorial in the Creator Series).
