Did I miss something or does Photopia "Not" provide a link to a music library like Producer did?

Hello Robert. Jennifer had told us that Photopia has no music library. I have imported one or two of my projects into Creator but they came without sound. I am not sure if that was because the music was that of Producer's music library.

If you miss the Music Library (which I think a lot of people will) just let them know! As time goes on, the more requests they get from users like you, the more likely those features will be added!
The Music Library from Photodex was licensed only to Photodex, which is why it's not included here, it's a legal thing....but, that doesn't mean Photopia can't, eventually, get a different Music Library licensed for them, they just need to hear from you that it's something that will be worth their time and expense to add back in!
