Is there a fast way to drag and drop a slide from one end of the show to the other without waiting and waiting for the slides to move by slowly until you reach the desired spot?
Chris -
Can you copy the slide and then use the double-arrow forward or double-arrow back button to move to the opposite end of the show where you can insert and drop the copied slide? Similarly, if the copied slide is not to be placed at an end but near it, this method could still be advantageous to waiting for a (slower) scroll of the slide chain.

Thanks Dean good idea, but when you try and paste the copied slide, unlike when you drag a slide, there is no vertical blue line between the slides to allow you to insert the copied slide other than at the very end of the show in the empty box.
Cheers,
Chris
Hi Chris -
Well, "sorta." Once you copy the slide you wish to move, you can then move the slide chain to the area where you want to paste that copied slide. Click on the slide before the space where you'd like the copied slide to appear. Then right-click paste. The pasted slide will appear after the slide you highlighted.
