I sent Joshua an inquiry about a problem with the menu about 3 weeks ago, no response. A week ago another reminder about my request - no answer. Questions in the forum remain unanswered on Joshua/Photopia. What kind of support is this?? When is the next update coming????
I found some improvements after my last viewing in Creator. But if Joshua doesn't read his emails, there's no point in reporting about improvements.

My last hope a week ago was Jennifer. She replied to me immediately to help. Then I received a response from Joshua asking for screenshots of my problem, which I did immediately. He apologized again, but no answer for a week. My problem has been going on since November 29th. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm really desperate!!! Yesterday's update was a joke, no progress in the program. I would have a lot of improvements but if I don't get a response from Joshua then my work will go to waste. Support from photopia is a shame for this company.
Photodex was a great company
