I want to change background for only the slide I'm working on, but the background for all the slides changes. What to do?

Changing the background for a single slide is perhaps less complicated than it might first appear. A 'slide background' in Photopia is just another layer in the "Layers" list. Drag the image you want to use for that slide background into the slide where you want to use it. Once that is done, drag that layer down into the "Background" section of the "Layers" list so it's just above the global background layer. Make sure this 'slide background' layer is sized to cover the whole show area and you're done.

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying, but haven't been successful yet. I want to add an image as a background for a slide that contains several images and a slide style has been applied. Is that a problem?

You should be able to determine which layer is the background in the Style you applied and then change that to the one you want.

Hi Sandy, in Jennifer's tutorial she addresses what you need near the end.
