@daniela-jordan Hi Daniela. I experienced the same problem, but when I enter SHOW mode and click on the audio settings, there is to respond or action. The settings icon does not work, or does not allow you to enter....

So I cannot do this:    In Audio Settings tab (on right side) change "Soundtrack During other Sounds" to 100 (it's set at 50)

@robert-mcmurray Hi Bob. She does not cover the problem with video clips.

@dhphotography

If you're selecting an audio track from the "Soundtrack" list under the "Show" tab (on the left-hand side of the program) and the "Audio Settings" tab (on the right-hand side of the program) either doesn't appear OR doesn't provide a list of options then you need to reach out through the Contact Us form on our site so we can troubleshoot this situation with you further.

It would be nice if these setting could be set in Preferences.
Every video I add to a slideshow requires setting the fad in and out to Zero.
Setting the video volume to Zero.
And setting the master volume to 100%.
