Adding Images in a Specific Order

Adding multiple images to individual slides at once is a time-saving feature. There are two methods that allow you to add them to the Slide List in the exact order you want.

When images are added to the Slide List by dragging them from the Browser, they will be added in the order displayed, not the order in which you selected them. If the Sort order is set to Name or alphabetically, your images will be added to the slide list based on their file names in an A-Z order.

In the above screenshot, multiple images were selected in the Browser by holding down the CTRL key and then dragging them to the Slide List. The photos were added to individual slides in the same order displayed in the Browser: Ladybug, Lemurs, Monarch Butterfly, and Northern Cardinal.

Clicking on the A>Z Button changes it to Z>A, reversing the Sort order.

When dragging the selected images into the Slide List with the Name Sort reversed, they will be added in reverse alphabetical order: Northern Cardinal, Monarch, Lemurs, Ladybug.

No matter which Sort option you choose, images will be added to the slide list in the order displayed when you drag them down from the browser.

The screenshot above shows the sort order based on the Date Modified, and reversed.

You can also add multiple images to the Slide List based on the order you select them, not the Sort dropdown menu.

Once installed, an Effect Package may include additional training. If any further training is available, links will be displayed in the lower right corner of the Manage Effects Window when the package is selected. These links can take you to PDF or video tutorials to help you get the most out of your package.

The images were then added to the slide list in the order they were selected, not according to the sort order dropdown menu.
