Project won't load after update
I get an error message when I try to load my project.
"An error occurred when loading the project. Do you want to send the file to Photopia for diagnostics?"
And when I try to send the file to Photopia, it says that it is unable to do so.
Did I just lose all my work?
The new update has been frustrating. Hope you get it figured out or they revert back to the previous version
We see this issue from time to time and it's not clear what causes it, but it's an ongoing problem that we're still trying to isolate. Your best option is to select that project then click the "Revert" button, available just above the list of projects. This will let you 'revert' to a previous version of that slideshow project.
