I can't fade out at the end of a show, is there a solution?

The show soundtrack can be faded out at the end of a show by selecting a track from the "Soundtrack" area under the "Show" tab, selecting the "Audio Settings" tab, then enabling the "Fade Soundtrack at End of Show" option. I can't fade out at the end of a show, is there a solution?
If you are looking to fade the video just add a blank slide at the end and choose a transition like AB blend or type fade on the search bar for transitions.
